The 61st Academy of Country Music Awards will be broadcast live on Amazon Prime Video and Amazon Music, with the ceremony taking place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas on May 17.
Women are dominating the nominations for the 2026 Academy of Country Music Awards.
On April 9, the Academy of Country Music, along with Prime Video and Dick Clark Productions, revealed this year’s full nominee list. Megan Moroney leads with nine nominations, followed by Miranda Lambert with eight. Ella Langley and Lainey Wilson each secured seven nods.
Other major nominees include Chris Stapleton with six nominations, Zach Top with five, and Cody Johnson with four.
The Entertainer of the Year category includes Moroney, Wilson, Stapleton, Johnson, Luke Combs, Jelly Roll, and Morgan Wallen. Wilson, who won last year, returns to defend her title.
First-time nominees this year include 49 Winchester, Avery Anna, Mackenzie Carpenter, Carter Faith, Caroline Jones, Vincent Mason, Emily Ann Roberts, Thelma & James, Hudson Westbrook, and Stephen Wilson Jr..
Performers announced for the show include Lambert, Johnson, Wilson, Kacey Musgraves, Little Big Town, and Riley Green. Musgraves is set to debut a new track from her upcoming Middle of Nowhere album, Wilson will premiere “Can’t Sit Still,” and Green will perform “Change My Mind.”
The host for the 2026 ACM Awards has not yet been announced. The show will take place at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas at 8 p.m. ET on May 17 and will stream live on Prime Video, as well as via the Amazon Music channel on Twitch and the Amazon Music app.
