PEOPLE is exclusively debuting Kelsea Ballerini’s performances of “Baggage” and “Penthouse” on an upcoming Austin City Limits episode featuring fellow artist Cam.

Appearing on Austin City Limits TV has been a longtime “bucket list” goal for Kelsea Ballerini.
The 32-year-old country star will perform on the Saturday, Nov. 15 episode of ACL TV, showcasing songs from across her career alongside co-headliner Cam. PEOPLE will exclusively debut Ballerini’s performances of “Baggage” and “Penthouse.”
On Austin City Limits, Kelsea Ballerini delivered an energetic rendition of “Baggage” from her Patterns album, accompanied by a full band.
For “Penthouse” from Rolling Up the Welcome Mat, she offered a more intimate performance with just piano, singing the “healed version” of the song.
“Austin City Limits, thank you so much for having us tonight. What a bucket list, what a dream,” Ballerini said in a clip. “Thank you all for being here. I hope you had as much fun as we did. My name is Kelsea, and I’ll see you soon, I promise.”
Co-headliner Cam also performed songs from her new album, All Things Light, during the ACL TV episode, which airs on PBS and streams on the PBS App.
“There are many great country singers and songwriters, but few who combine both talents,” said Terry Lickona, ACL TV’s executive producer. “Even fewer bring the intimacy and honesty of deeply personal songs to the stage. Both Kelsea Ballerini and Cam have those rare abilities.”
The performance coincides with the release of Ballerini’s new EP, Mount Pleasant, which dropped on Friday, Nov. 14, and features the single “I Sit in Parks.”
On Instagram, Ballerini shared her excitement about creating EPs between albums. “I’ve absolutely fallen in love with making EPs in between albums. There’s a freedom in the process — from writing to production — that’s been both creatively fulfilling and a palate cleanser for my artistry,” she wrote.
She added, “Mount Pleasant is a collection of six songs I wrote over the summer, marking a chapter of deep self-reflection, longing, and embracing who I am as a 32-year-old woman.”
