He promises, “We’re going to make this tour the best night of your life.”

Keith Urban excited fans on Monday morning by announcing his 2025 High and Alive World Tour, marking his comeback to touring after a three-year break.

The eagerly awaited tour will begin on May 22 in Orange Beach, Alabama, and will feature Chase Matthew, Alana Springsteen, and Karley Scott Collins.

“Playing live is what I live to do,” Urban said in a statement. “Looking out from the stage and seeing people sing, forget their stress, cut loose, and feel ALIVE – that’s what it’s all about for me. There will be plenty of hits, new songs, unexpected moments, and a lot of guitar. We’re going to make this tour the best night of your life!”

Keith Urban’s High and Alive World Tour is in support of his newly released 11th studio album, High. The album, which came out in September, marks his first new release in four years.

In an interview with Country Now and other outlets, Urban shared that this album is unlike anything he’s done before. He originally started working on a project called 615, but when things didn’t come together as planned, he decided to scrap it and start fresh.

“In all the albums I’ve ever made, I’ve never scrapped an entire album and started again. So it felt like a gut punch of my own making. It would have been easier to just say, this album’s fine. There are some great songs on it. Let’s go, let’s tour, let’s keep the thing going, but every part of me just felt like there’s a better record in me,” Urban explained.

Although he started from scratch, Urban kept four tracks from the original project: “Messed Up as Me,” “Daytona,” “Heart Like a Hometown,” and “Break the Chain.”

Ultimately, Urban created High, a collection of songs he is deeply proud of.

“I genuinely have gratitude for what I get to do. That’s not BS. It’s real. And if that came through on this record, then that’s what you’re feeling,” he said.
