Danica Hart: “A Big Year for Dreamers with Artists like Jelly Roll; Blessed to be a Part of the Conversation.”

In 2022, Chapel Hart experienced a moment of pure excitement as they secured one show at CMA Fest. Looking back at this year’s festival, the trio was delighted and admittedly a bit exhausted as they shared how each day was filled to the brim with activities.
Their schedule was packed with signing autographs, performing at The Grand Ole Opry, making appearances on stages like CMA’s Close-Up stage, BMI’s stage at Ryman Auditorium, and much more.
Reflecting on the experience, Trea Swindle from the group remarked, “This year’s CMA Fest is a testament to the growth we’ve witnessed in this last year. Last year, having just one show during CMA Fest made us over the moon with excitement. But this year, the festival was jam-packed with opportunities for us. We had the chance to hang out with many of our industry friends, whom we usually only see on red carpets, making it feel like an extended family reunion.”
Chapel Hart also had the pleasure of connecting with their devoted fans. They spent time signing autographs for numerous people at CMA Fest’s exhibit hall, which was a new and exhilarating experience for the talented women from Mississippi. They described the experience as nothing short of “incredible.”
“We walked in, and we were like, ‘Alright, take us to our line,” Danica Hart said with astonishment. “They were like, ‘Ma’am, that’s your line right there.’ We were like, ‘Oh my God. It’s huge.’ People really came to see us.”
Chapel Hart humbly expressed that they see themselves as advocates for dreamers everywhere. Danica shared, “With artists like Jelly Roll, it’s a big year for the dreamers. Hopefully, we’re a part of that. We’re blessed to be a part of the conversation.”
Reflecting on the remarkable year they’ve had, Chapel Hart achieved significant milestones, including finishing fifth on “America’s Got Talent,” making their debut at the Grand Ole Opry and performing at Ryman Auditorium and the CMT Music Awards. They also released their album “Glory Days,” acquired a tour bus, and embarked on a tour.
Danica joyfully exclaimed, “These are the days that we dreamed about. I don’t know, sometimes if we had known how hard it is and how much work that it really is … the late nights and early mornings. But these are truly the days that we dreamed about.”
Trea Swindle added humorously, “Who needs sleep? Just lean into the delirium and keep on going.”
The trio firmly believes that their accomplishments in the last year are not solely theirs to claim. They attribute their success to the unwavering support of their fans. Devynn Hart expressed gratitude, stating, “Literally, every single one of these milestones and every single one of these accomplishments, it’s like the fans celebrate it with us because I feel like it’s their accomplishments as well. At the end of the day, we’re still just three girls from nowhere town Mississippi.”
