The “Think as You Drunk” singer was handed a pair of underwear during his performance at Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor on Saturday, Aug. 15.
Riley Green found himself dealing with an unusual item tossed onto the stage during a recent concert.
The country singer performed at the Maine Savings Amphitheater in Bangor on Saturday, Aug. 15, where a concertgoer captured the moment Green discovered a pair of underwear among the items that had landed onstage.
In a TikTok video recorded during the performance, Green can be seen using a drumstick to pick up the underwear before placing the garment on one of his bandmate’s microphone stands. With a playful reaction, he said, “Ma’am, you dropped those.”
Green has previously made it clear that he would rather fans refrain from throwing objects onto the stage. During an interview with CMT in October 2025, he said he did not want concertgoers tossing anything in his direction and also mentioned that he hoped fans would avoid getting into physical altercations at his shows.
While discussing the sometimes chaotic situations that can occur at concerts, Green recalled seeing hair extensions go missing and later turn up attached to the wrong person. He added, however, that fights were not a frequent occurrence at his shows.
The singer has also addressed the tradition of fans throwing underwear onstage. In a July 2025 interview with Audacy, Green explained that his team had collected the garments in a large container with the idea of donating them. He said he was surprised after learning through online comments that some of the underwear being thrown onstage could be quite expensive.
Green is currently scheduled to perform across the United States and Mexico, with his touring calendar extending through August 2027.
His next album, That’s Just Me, is scheduled to arrive on Friday, Sept. 18. The upcoming project has already been previewed by several tracks, including “My Way,” “Go Again,” featuring Hannah McFarland, “Imagine That” and “Think as You Drunk.”
