Luke Bryan is back with fresh music just ahead of a busy tour season. His new single, Country and She Knows It, promises to bring high-energy vibes both to country radio and his live shows.
The track was penned by Josh Miller, Parker Welling, and Matt Dragstrem, with production led by Jeff Stevens and co-production from Jody Stevens and Matt Dragstrem. It’s a modern country anthem, crafted to get listeners dancing and feeling good.
Bryan’s signature voice drives the song, set against a honky-tonk–infused backdrop. The lyrics paint a vivid portrait of a girl who fully embraces her country roots—from high-cut denim shorts and a flannel tied at the waist to a Mossy Oak cap—while living her small-town, rural lifestyle. She’s the kind of girl whose wild side comes out to classic country tunes like George Strait’s “Marina Del Ray” and who naturally draws the attention of a country boy.
In the catchy chorus, Bryan sings:
