Women\’s Self Defense Class

Join us on Thursdays from 7 – 8 p.m. for a Woman\’s Self Defense class at Roy S Walker Recreation Center.
Self Defense for Women is a program of realistic, self-defense tactics and techniques; that begins with awareness, prevention, risk reduction, and avoidance, while progressing on to the basics of hands-on defense training. While it is not a martial arts course, students will be practicing evasive maneuvers, takedowns, and various hand and foot strikes.
