Randy Houser Speaks Out On World Issues And Encourages Forgiveness Through New Song ‘Cancel’

Randy Houser’s introspective new song “Cancel” encourages forgiveness and unity in a divided world.

Releasing his sixth studio album, Note To Self, this past November, featuring fan-favorites like “Note To Self,” “Rub A Little Dirt On It,” “Country Round Here Tonight” and more, Randy Houser is back and better than ever with his first release of 2023 – a powerful new single titled “Cancel.”

In this buzzed-about new track, which dropped this past Friday (September 29), the Mississippi native reflects on the tumultuous state of the world, as well as promotes the idea of forgiveness.

Written by Houser himself and co-produced with Jay Tooke, the country crooner explains throughout the song’s four-minute and sixteen-second runtime that the world needs to shy away from its divisiveness and focus on the things that really matter: faith, family and friends.
