Before Grace Kelley’s recent arrest in Georgia on August 3, she was previously arrested in Alabama four months earlier.

Grace Kelley, 28, was arrested in Georgia on August 3 and booked at Carroll County Jail on three charges: fleeing or attempting to elude a police officer, driving with a suspended or revoked license, and not using motorcycle equipment properly. She was released the next day on a $2,750 bond. Neither Wynonna Judd nor the Carroll County Sheriff’s Office immediately responded to PEOPLE’s request for comment.

Four months before her recent arrest in Georgia, Grace Kelley faced legal issues in Alabama. On April 5, she was arrested on charges of indecent exposure and obstructing governmental operations. A week later, on April 11, Kelley faced an additional charge of soliciting prostitution after allegedly exposing herself on a busy highway. Her bond was initially set at $2,000, then raised to $2,500 on April 17.

The charge of soliciting prostitution was later dropped, and the indecent exposure charge was reduced to public lewdness. Kelley pleaded guilty to both remaining charges. She was fined $200 for public lewdness, with a 90-day jail sentence suspended, and received a 60-day jail sentence for obstructing government operations. Kelley was released on May 23.

This wasn’t her first encounter with the law; in 2016, Kelley was sentenced to eight years in prison for meth possession and a probation violation related to leaving a court-ordered drug rehabilitation program.

Grace Kelley was released early from prison in December 2022, according to The Daily Beast. However, she was sent back to jail in May 2023 for violating an order of protection and her parole. Kelley was released again in October 2023.

During this period, she was granted a temporary leave of absence in March 2022 to give birth to her daughter, Kaliyah Chanel.
